About the DVR® Anatomic Plating System

The introduction of the DVR® revolutionized the way surgeons treat distal radius fractures. Today, the DVR® Anatomic Plating System continues to lead the way by restoring motion to patients around the world.

The secret of the DVR® Anatomic’s success lies not only in its innovative design and pioneering surgical approach, but in the inspired features that continue to be refined and improved. That is why, even after ten years, there remains only one...the DVR® Anatomic.

Anatomic Design

The DVR® Anatomic is designed to embrace the natural shape of a distal radius with every bend and angle creating an anatomic fit

F.A.S.T. Guide® Technology

In the surgical suite, where every second counts, ease of use equals time savings.

Scaffold of Support

The DVR® Anatomic provides unparalleled stability through an ingenious and intricate pattern of screw trajectories.

Provisional Fixation

The DVR® Anatomic provides accuracy by taking the guesswork out of plate position in distal radius fracture repair with fixed angle K-wires.

About the DNP Anatomic Dorsal Plating System

The DNP® Anatomic Dorsal Plating System is a unique hybrid implant designed to address distal radius fractures from a less invasive dorsal approach. The small head design minimizes risk of extensor tendon irritation by replacing a natural anatomic landmark, Lister’s Tubercle. Fixed angle locking pegs provide full subchondral support to the articular surface while the intramedullary locking proximal nail portion provides unicortical fixation for a stable construct.

Provides stable internal fixation for the treatment of most fractures and deformities of the distal radius through a dorsal approach.

Incorporates four distal locking support pegs to secure the articular fragments and provide 3-dimensional support of the subchondral surface.

Correct plate positioning and fracture reduction can be achieved through the use of fixed angle K-wires.

As a “less invasive” surgical solution, the low profile distal head geometry and unique proximal nail design helps to minimize soft tissue disruption.

About the Flexible Fragment Fixation Plating System

The F Fragment Plating System offers locking plates featuring in situ contouring in two or three dimensions. Complete with the benefits of F.A.S.T. Guide® technology, this system is available in two families of plates: High Flex and High Strength.

With the use of special bending tools, High Flex plates are designed to help match the most complex bone surfaces by offering contouring in three dimensions (Sagittal, Axial and Coronal).

High Strength plates offer two-dimensional contouring (Axial and Coronal) and provide increased plate stiffness over the High Flex design.

Both families of plates come in four shapes: Right, Left, Straight and Y.
