DePuy Orthopaedics has a complete line of fracture fixation products to help streamline your practice from the fingertip to the clavicle. From the innovative A.L.P.S. Hand Fracture System to the Rockwood Clavicle Pin, DePuy Orthopaedics offers solutions for all your upper extremity fracture fixation needs. It all began with the DVR® Anatomic Volar Plating System which features technology that has optimized the treatment of distal radius fractures. These technological advances including F.A.S.T. GUIDE® inserts, anatomic plating and 3D screw constructs have been translated and adapted into the full line of DePuy Orthopaedics plating solutions, including the new A.L.P.S. brands and S3® Proximal Humerus Plating System. Along with GLOBAL®, Delta and NEUFLEX® lines of total shoulder and finger joint arthroplasty, DePuy Orthopaedics gives you innovative solutions from a single source.

Elbow Fracture and Joint Replacement Products
DePuy Orthopaedics understands the challenges and complexity involved in the repair of elbow fractures. In the A.L.P.S. Elbow Plating System, we offer the next generation of solutions to address these challenges. The low profile plates are engineered from TiMAX® for strength and biocompatibility. Contoured plates mimic the anatomy of the distal humerus, olecranon, radial head and coronoid. Since no two patients are the same, the A.L.P.S. plates are designed to allow for fine tuning and intraoperative customization of the plates for an optimized anatomic fit. F.A.S.T. GUIDE® technology allows fast, accurate drilling and provisional fixation and protects threaded screw holes in the plate during bending to allow the use of locking scews. Multi-directional, or low profile non-locking screws complete the range of available screw options.

Wrist Fracture and Joint Replacement Products
Distal radius fractures are the second most common long bone fractures in the United States. DePuy Orthopaedic’s DVR® Anatomic Volar Plating System is an optimal solution to address distal radial fractures. DePuy Orthopaedics complements the wrist offering with the DNP® Anatomic which provides a less invasive dorsal approach, and the F3® Fragment Plating System with High Flex and High Strength plates that can be contoured intraoperatively.

Hand Fracture and Finger Joint Replacement Products
DePuy Orthopaedics offers a complete line of hand products to treat a wide range of applications, from traumatic injuries to rheumatoid arthritis. The A.L.P.S. Hand Fracture System takes locked plating technology to the next level with its low profile, anatomically contoured plates with locked, non-locked or multidirectional screw options. To better facilitate surgical procedures, the Hand Fracture System Plates come pre-loaded with Fixed Angle Screw Targeting Guides (F.A.S.T. GUIDE® inserts) and easy to use instrumentation that allows for intra-operative customization. For simpler fractures, the Small Bone Fixation System offers a minimally invasive, cost effective option that helps avoid soft tissue irritation. The NEUFLEX® Finger Implant System rounds out the Hand portfolio for cementless replacement of the MCP and PIP joint in patients disabled by rheumatoid, degenerative or traumatic arthritis.

Clavicle Fracture Products
DePuy Orthopaedics provides both locked plating solutions and an intramedullary option for the fixation of clavicle fractures. The Rockwood Clavicle Pin was specifically designed to allow natural compression at the fracture site through a small incision with minimal soft tissue dissection.
The A.L.P.S. Locking Composite Plate can be contoured to match the complex curvature of the clavicle and provide strong locked fixation.

Mid-Shaft Humerus Implant Products
DePuy Orthopaedics provides plating and intramedullary nailing options for addressing mid-shaft fractures of the humerus. Utilizing TiMAX® treated Titanium Alloy Humerus implants for fatigue strength, DePuy Orthopaedics’ systems provide the features surgeons demand.
The A.L.P.S. Large and Small Fragment Plating Systems allow the surgeon to tailor the plate and screw configuration to meet the demands of the fracture. The VersaNail® Systems allow the surgeon the flexibility of approach, as well as to intraoperatively choose from Proximal or Universal Humerus implants and antegrade or retrograde approaches.

Mid-Shaft Radius & Ulna Fracture Products
The A.L.P.S. Small Fragment System is a titanium plate and screw system that fuses locking screw technology with conventional plating techniques. The set was designed to maximize treatment options when managing fractures requiring small locking plates, as well as, to serve as the core system for additional anatomic implants.
The A.L.P.S. Small Fragment System gives the surgeon the flexibility to choose the plate and screw combinations that best fit the patient and the fracture. The plates will accommodate 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm locking and non-locking screws options.
