The Codman Repair & Restore Program is designed to put your damaged instruments back into like-new condition, ready for use. It's an economical program designed to extend the life of otherwise unusable instruments.
The Repair & Restore Program can work for you in two ways: As a form of preventative maintenance, the program provides a way to service instruments prior to the need for a more costly repair or replacement. This program can also be used to keep critical surgical instruments at peak performance. This service is available five days a week, Monday to Friday with a quick turnaround time. Quotations for repair are available on request.
Repaired and restored products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material with respect to the Repair & Restore Program only, and not with respect to the original instrument.
