arthroscopic instruments

DePuy Mitek offers a broad variety of instruments for arthroscopic procedures, such as the VAPR® 3 Radiofrequency System, a fine-tuned arthroscopic instrument for soft tissue ablation, coagulation and thermal modulation. Fluid management solutions include the FMS duo®+, an integrated system that helps keep your surgical field clear during arthroscopy.

DePuy Mitek provides general instruments for precise soft tissue repair, including HEALIX BR™ Anchors, which can be used for many soft tissue repairs, and MILAGRO® BR Bioreplaceable Interference Screws, designed for ACL/PCL repair. Both products are made from BIOCRYL® RAPIDE™, a biocomposite material designed for fast resorption.

external fixation

DePuy Orthopaedics offers a variety of fixation solutions for fractures and joint trauma, including the TEMPFIX® Series for the knee and for the ankle, each made with unique, lightweight, radiolucent materials that enhance patient comfort and enable x-ray and safe MRI viewing of the fracture.

bone plating systems

DePuy Orthopaedics also offers anatomically-designed titanium plating technology utilizing low profile, high strength plates. These Anatomic Locked Plating Systems mimic the patient’s natural anatomy and provide multiple screw and fixation options. The low profile design helps minimize discomfort and soft tissue irritation, and the systems include unique features such as multi-directional locking screws and color-coded Fixed Angle Screw Targeting Guides.
