GLOBAL® CAP® (Conservative Anatomic Prosthesis)
The GLOBAL® CAP® (Conservative Anatomic Prosthesis) is a conservative, humeral head resurfacing implant which is an excellent option for a more active patient population seeking a bone sparing option. The implant is secured by a short, cruciate stem and undersurface POROCOAT® porous coating or DUOFIX® HA on porous coating. It is intended for patients with degenerative arthritis, rheumatoid or moderately severe humeral head fractures.

GLOBAL® CAP® CTA

The Global^® CAP^® CTA is a bone preserving humeral resurfacing solution for patients with early stage cuff tear arthropathy. The Global^® CAP^® CTA was designed with an extended superior lateral humeral head that is designed to stabilize the joint and produce a low coefficient of friction at the interface with the acromion.  The Global^® CAP^® CTA builds upon the already successful Global^® CAP Humeral Resurfacing System and the CTA Humeral Head available on either the Global^® Advantage^® or Global^® AP Total Shoulder Replacement Systems.
