The Codman Repair & Restore Program is designed to put your damaged instruments back into like-new condition, ready for use, at less than half the cost of replacement. It's an economical program designed to extend the life of otherwise unusable instruments, as well as a way to provide increased return for those dollars already invested. It makes sense for you, your O.R. and your budget.

The Repair & Restore Program can work for you in two ways: As a form of preventative maintenance, the program provides a way to service instruments prior to the need for a more costly repair or replacement. This program can also be used to keep critical trays at peak performance. One hundred to several thousand instruments can be turned around in a 24- to 48-hour period. This service is available five days a week, Monday through Friday. Our repair facility conducts repairs Tuesday through Saturday. Call 800-343-5969 to get more information.

Repaired and restored products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material with respect to the Repair & Restore Program only, and not with respect to the original instrument.

Equipment Loans

Customers should contact the Repair Department at 800-343-5969 for information on receiving loaner equipment. Loaners are only available for equipment which is in the process of being repaired by the Codman Repair Dept. Equipment that is available for loan is listed below (we do not offer loans on general instrumentation).
